Each session is customized to your needs and guided by your body’s cues. We begin with a brief check-in to understand your current needs and goals. Throughout the session, you are invited to communicate any preferences or boundaries. Your comfort and safety are my top priorities.
You decide what you’re comfortable with. You can stay fully clothed or undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped with a sheet or blanket to ensure your privacy.
I offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions to provide flexibility based on your needs. Each session includes time for check-in, bodywork, and integration.
To get the most out of your session, it’s best to:
- Take a shower beforehand if possible, to help you feel refreshed and comfortable.
- Have something light to eat before your appointment so you feel comfortable throughout the session.
- Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
American tipping culture often benefits neither the client nor the practitioner. As a small business owner, I’ve chosen to remove the expectation of tipping to create a transparent experience for everyone involved. The price you see is the flat rate, with no added pressure or confusion.
