I am trained in post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). After receiving clearance from your surgeon or physician, post-op MLD can help reduce swelling, bruising, and stiffness while supporting your body’s natural healing process.

MLD is a very gentle technique. It should never be painful. Most clients find it deeply relaxing. It can also help minimize the formation of fibrosis (hardened areas), support scar healing, and help you achieve your desired results faster.
